Allison Dollar has a diverse work experience in the media, technology, and entertainment industry. Allison started their career as a Corporate Strategist in Digital Media and Television, working with various clients on digital marketing and entertainment projects. Allison then became the CEO of the Interactive Television Alliance and held leadership roles in organizations such as the Los Angeles Venture Association and the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. Additionally, they served as a Strategic Advisor in Partnerships & Marketing for ARwall and Dooya Media Group, where they focused on building strategic partnerships and driving business growth. Allison also co-founded and served as the Executive Producer of the Space Tourism Conference. Currently, they are the EVP of Partnerships & Outreach at Kitchen Data Systems, where they are responsible for developing business sectors and managing partnerships with celebrity, sports, media, tech, and pop culture brands. Alongside their professional roles, Allison has also served as an advisor to SPROCKIT and holds a role in strategic marketing and partnerships at Team Kitchens.

Allison Dollar completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History at Goucher College from 1980 to 1984. Subsequently, they pursued further education at the University of Virginia, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in English and Communications from 1984 to 1985.
