Osama Ezzat

Osama Ezzat has worked in the operations field since 2005. Osama began their career as a System Administrator at BA "Business Applications Est." in 2005. Osama then moved to GiroNil in 2009, where they held the roles of Operations Manager, Senior Computer Network and Systems Engineer, and Computer Network and Systems Engineer. In 2021, they joined MLG as an Operations Manager, where their role included managing operations teams to process daily, weekly, and monthly customers' settlements, reconciling card payment transactions with various parties, operating Ecom/POS payment gateways, and reconciling bank accounts and virtual accounts. Osama is currently working at dopay as an Operations Manager since 2022.

Osama Ezzat has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mansoura University, where they studied Accounting and Business/Management from 1998 to 2002. Osama also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from AUC - School of Continuing Education, obtained in 2017. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including MCSA: Windows Server 2008 (2012), MCITP: Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008 (2011), MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuration (2010), MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuration (2010), MCSA1: Messaging on Windows 2000 (2008), MCSA: Messaging on Windows Server 2003 (2008), MCSA: Windows Server 2003 (2008), MCSA: Windows 2000 (2005), and MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional (2004).
