Sylvia Elia has worked in various roles since 2015, beginning as a Graphic Designer. In 2018, they worked as a Back Office Employee at HSBC, performing basic admin duties and supporting various teams. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Financial Advisor - Customer Service Representative at ARB Call Facilities Inc, where they maintained a positive and professional attitude towards customers and responded promptly to inquiries. Sylvia then moved to Raya CX, where they acted as a Human Resources Specialist, establishing recruiting requirements and tracking and reporting all recruiting and hiring processes.
