Steve Roeder

Steve Roeder is a software developer who has worked on transcoding and packaging VOD content, developing live video streaming systems, and creating interactive music education software. Steve has experience working with HLS/DASH delivery, TCP, UDP protocols, and Microsoft web server components. Steve holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Iowa.
