Neil Duff

Neil Duff has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to delivery management and infrastructure services. Neil currently serves as the Head of Delivery at DOPS DIGITAL. Prior to this, they worked at World Wide Technology as a Managing Consultant and Programme Manager from 2015 to 2023. At Capgemini, Neil held multiple positions, including Programme Manager and Western Europe Data Centre Senior Service Delivery Manager, responsible for transforming and delivering services for global customers. Neil also served as an Infrastructure Management Service Delivery Manager, leading teams in the UK, Ireland, Nordic & Baltic regions. Neil began their career at Schneider Electric as an Infrastructure Engineer and Desktop Engineer, where they managed onsite activities and infrastructure projects. Overall, Neil has a proven track record in delivering services, managing projects, and driving operational excellence.

Neil Duff completed their education at Bournemouth University from 1993 to 1997. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management Course, earning a BSc Hons. In addition to their formal education, Neil obtained the GitLab Sales Core certification in February 2023 from GitLab.
