DOPS Recycling Technologies bv, founded April 2021, is developing Direct Carbon Immobilisation or DCI™ thermochemical conversion technology. 

To recover valuable elements and reuse materials like solid carbon, minerals, metals and syngas (carbonmonoxide and hydrogen) from waste and biomass.

Syngas can be transformed to renewable methanol through synthesis. 

Carbon can be utilised as activated carbon, graphite or carbon black, depending on properties.
