Previously, Wei co-founded and served as CEO of SP Tek from July 2019 to December 2022, developing business strategies and aligning technical advantages with market opportunities. Wei's extensive experience includes directing IoT Solutions Presales and Sales for Zebra Technologies in the APAC region, and holding significant roles at Honeywell Aerospace, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Sinochem International Corporation, and General Electric, where managing large-scale IT implementations and digital strategies were key responsibilities. Academically, Wei is pursuing a MicroMaster in Statistics and Data Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has completed studies in Machine Learning at Stanford University, alongside an MBA in Information Systems from Victoria University.
