Dorado Capital was founded in 2019 to act as a responsible steward of investor capital and deploy funds into various real estate development and other alternative investment opportunities.

Dorado operates under a flexible, opportunistic approach to real estate development, matching investor risk appetite and investment horizons with a wide range of diverse, multi-asset class projects and opportunities. Dorado maintains a team of licensed, in-house General Contractors, allowing for construction activities to be conducted at-cost and for significant savings to be passed on to investors and customers.

In addition to placing investor capital in its own development projects, Dorado also partners with landowners to provide an end-to-end solution for financing and construction of new developments on their land. Dorado can also provide end-user clients with a similar, all-encompassing design-build-to-suit solution with all up-front financing handled in-house.
