Colby Steffenhagen

Colby Steffenhagen is currently the Director of Lean Manufacturing and New Territory Development at Dorian Studio. With extensive experience in operations and sales, Colby previously served as a Plant Manager and Area Manager at Herff Jones Inc. and Lifetouch, respectively, where they achieved significant improvements in profitability and operational efficiency through LEAN manufacturing techniques. Colby has consistently focused on aligning operational initiatives with strategic business objectives, leading diverse teams to achieve top-line growth. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Secondary Education at Utah State University and hold a LEAN Manufacturing Certification from Manufacturers Alliance.
