Devon Simpkins

Devon Simpkins has significant experience in the financial and managerial field. Devon most recently served as the Financial Director at Dormac since October 2018. Prior to this role, they were the Managing Director at Southey Contracting Offshore Division starting in June 2016. Before that, they held the position of Divisional Director at Southey Contracting, Offshore Division, a Division of Southey Mauritius Ltd from July 2013. Devon also worked as the Divisional Financial Manager at Southey Holdings (Pty) Ltd, Offshore Division from February 2012 to June 2013. Devon began their career as an Audit Senior at Deloitte & Touche Overseas Assignments (Pty) Ltd in October 2010 and subsequently at Deloitte (Johannesburg) from January 2008 to September 2010.

Devon Simpkins completed their Matric degree at Durban High School from 1999 to 2003. Afterwards, they attended the University of Cape Town from 2004 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting. In 2007, Devon pursued further education at the University of Cape Town, acquiring a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting with a focus on Financial Accounting.
