Arild Solheim has extensive experience in logistics and warehouse management, currently serving as Lagersjef at dormakaba since March 2015, after advancing from the position of Lagermedarbeider. Prior to this role, Arild worked at Bring from January 2003 to February 2015, where responsibilities included Teamleder/Kundeansvarlig, Arbeidende formann, and Lagermedarbeider. Arild holds a Fagbrev in Logistikk, materialer, and forsyningskjede from the Nordic Business Institute, completed between 2012 and 2014, and has also attended Rødde Folkehøyskole.
