Cheng Chen

Cheng Chen started their work experience in 2001 at GE as an EUC Leader until 2005. From 2005 to 2012, they worked at SPX Corporation as the IT Service Delivery Manager for Zone 2 in APAC. Cheng then joined dormakaba in 2012 and held the role of IT Infrastructure Manager until June 2016. From July 2016 onwards, Cheng Chen has been working as the Lead IT Great China & Korea at dormakaba.

Cheng Chen completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a specialized degree in Computer and Applications from Wuhan University of Technology from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, Cheng Chen has obtained certifications in ITIL Foundation V4 from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2021 and ITIL Foundation V3 from APM in 2010.
