Jason Smith

Jason Smith has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Currently, they are a Product Manager Lead at dormakaba since September 2023. Before that, they served as a Product Marketing Manager and a Technical Support Engineer at the same company. From 2008 to 2016, they worked at G4S Australia, starting as a Technical Support Supervisor and eventually becoming an Applications Manager and IT Manager. Prior to G4S Australia, they held roles as a Technical Support Analyst at GSL (Australia) Pty Ltd and a Technical Support Officer at ETS. Finally, their first entry into the workforce was as an ICT Technician at the Greater Pollok Development Company from 2002 to 2004.

Jason Smith completed their education at various institutions. In 1996, they attended Lourdes Secondary School but did not obtain a degree or a field of study. From 2002 to 2004, they studied Computer Science at Cardonald College. In 2023, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security Governance and Risk Management from RMIT University. In 2024, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security Governance and Risk Management with distinction from the same institution. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., and Symmetry Advanced Certification from AMAG Technology.
