Li Xu

Li Xu currently serves as the Global Category Manager for Metal Profiles & Tubes, Plastics & Elastomers at dormakaba since January 2021. Prior experience includes roles at thyssenkrupp BILSTEIN as a Senior Project Buyer, overseeing projects for BMW, Aston Martin, Maserati, and Japan from October 2016 to December 2020, and as a Project Buyer for New Product Development at Grohe from July 2014 to September 2016. Li Xu also held the position of International Purchasing Manager at ROWI Europe GmbH from June 2011 to June 2014, and worked as a Senior Associate in Strategic Buying for Indirect Materials at HPI GmbH until May 2011. Earlier experience includes a scholarship at Metro-Haniel-China between August 2006 and August 2009. Li Xu holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Engineering from the University of Stuttgart, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Applied Sciences Worms, and a Bachelor’s Degree in German Studies from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, along with an Erasmus program in Business Administration at Universitat d'Alacant.
