Mike Collins

Mike Collins is an accomplished leader in IT service delivery and operations, currently serving as the Leader of Global IT Service Delivery Management at dormakaba since December 2023. With extensive experience across multiple organizations, Collins has held roles such as Director of IT and Cloud Operations at Smule, Inc., where leadership included global teams and cloud initiatives, and Director of Engineering R&D at Milestone Systems, driving innovative security solutions. Previous positions include AVP Enterprise - EMEA at Sutherland Global Services, where management spanned multiple regions and over 550 FTEs, and Head of Global Service Delivery Center at GfK, focusing on operational efficiency.
