Randy Noftle

Randy Noftle, SHRM-SCP, serves as SVP of HR at dormakaba AS AMERICAS since 2015 and has held the position of Head of Human Resources at Kaba Access and Data Systems Americas since June 2012. Previously, Randy worked as Regional HR Manager for Media General from July 2009 to May 2011, managing HR functions for the North Carolina market group. A long tenure at Winston-Salem Journal spanned from September 1984 to June 2009, encompassing roles such as HR Director, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee relations, and leadership within a team. Additionally, Randy served as an Administrative Advertising Manager and Advertising Account Executive within the same organization. An experienced educator, Randy was also an Adjunct Instructor in Organizational Behavior at Wake Forest University from September 2007 to December 2008. Randy earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Wake Forest University and has further educational background from U.N.C. Greensboro’s Bryan School of Business.
