Simon Chapman has over three decades of extensive experience in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management, currently serving as DVP Customer Relationship Systems at dormakaba since June 2016. In this role, Simon Chapman is accountable for the global development and support of services sales frameworks, processes, and methods tailored to customer segments and local market demands. Prior to this, Simon Chapman held various positions at DORMA UK Ltd from May 1999 to June 2016, including Sales & Marketing Director and Service Sales Director for the UK and Ireland. Earlier career experiences include roles at Ram Power Limited as a Field Service Engineer and Account Coordinator, and Parker Hannifin as a Trainee Test Engineer.
