Simon Knieper

Simon Knieper began their work experience in 2011 as an Informationselektroniker Geselle at Rohlmann GmbH. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Werkstudent im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit at Schüco International KG. In 2014, they had two brief internships at CEAT Tyres Limited and Schueco India. In 2015, they worked as a Werkstudent im Bereich Produktmanagement Türen at Schüco International KG, and later that year, they completed a Bachelor's thesis in the same department. From 2016 to the present, they have been employed at dormakaba, starting as a Junior Produktmanager and working their way up to Head of Product Management Market DE, with an additional role as a Channel Business Owner PM in between.

Simon Knieper completed their Master of Business Administration & Engineering at FH Münster from 2017 to 2021. Before that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Hochschule Bielefeld from 2012 to 2016. In 2014, they participated in an Auslandssemester at Parul Institute of Management, focusing on Marketing. Prior to their university education, Simon attended Hans-Böckler-Berufskolleg Münster from 2008 to 2011, where they pursued Informationselektroniker.
