Stefan Radev

Stefan Radev is a Transformation Leader who specializes in simplifying complexity to help teams focus on what truly matters. Currently, they serve as the Project & Portfolio Management Framework Manager at dormakaba and the Process and Governance Manager at Apex Group Ltd, where they oversee governance models and strategic investments. Since 2015, Stefan has also been the Publisher at Bregov&Radev Publishing, and they deliver Project Management Professional training as a Project Management Trainer with the Fulbright Association. Their academic background includes a Ph.D. in Project Management and multiple degrees from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
