Thomas Horn is an accomplished productivity engineer with extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering roles. Currently employed at dormakaba since June 2016, Thomas leads Lean and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing costs. Prior to this role, Thomas served in various capacities at Jarden Home Brands, advancing from plant engineer to engineering/maintenance manager. Additionally, Thomas contributed significantly at Sumco, where responsibilities included leading continual improvement initiatives and overseeing engineering and quality assurance functions, while managing teams and implementing Six Sigma methodologies. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Technology from Purdue University, completed in 1986.
