Tracey Storr

Tracey Storr has extensive work experience in human resources. Their most recent role was as the Deputy Vice President Human Resources - Global Strategic & Excellence Functions / HR UK Ireland SSA at dormakaba since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional HR Director UK, Ireland & BeNeLux at dormakaba UK & Ireland from January 2016. Before joining dormakaba, Tracey held the position of HR Director - UK & Ireland at DORMA UK from November 2012 to December 2015. Tracey also served as the HR Director at Roke Manor Research Ltd from May 2009 to October 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Manager at Siemens Energy from January 2004 to April 2009. Tracey gained experience at Alstom Power, where they held multiple roles including Senior HR Officer, HR Officer, and Development Officer from May 1999 to December 2003. Tracey started their career as a Graduate HR Officer at Alstom Power in 1998 and worked as a Personnel Placement Student at Nissan Motor Manufacturing Ltd. in 1996.

Tracey Storr holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University, which they completed from 1994 to 1998. Tracey also obtained an MSc degree in the Psychology of Work from the University of Leicester from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, Tracey has acquired certifications including the INSEAD Gender Diversity Programme with Distinction in March 2020 and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
