Ben Crompton

Ben Crompton is an experienced professional in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Managing Director for the UK and Ireland at Doro Group since October 2019. Responsibilities include managing the UK Distribution business, building commercial relationships, analyzing sales trends, and overseeing P+L. Prior roles include Senior Channel Account Manager at F(x) Technology where Ben was responsible for the UK launch of a new smartphone, and Senior Sales Account Manager at TCL Electronics, focusing on launching and growing the UK business across distribution and enterprise channels. With a significant tenure at BlackBerry and Orange, Ben has developed robust sales strategies, managed various product lines, and built strong relationships with channel partners and customers. Ben holds a B.Sc. in Business and Management Studies from the University of Bradford.
