Amy Wald

Amy Wald, MSW, currently serves as the Director of Volunteer Services and Director of Connect through Tech Programs at DOROT since February 2023. Previously, Amy held the position of Program Director for CUNY Spring Forward & CUNY Career Launch at Baruch College from October 2022 to February 2023. From October 2017 to October 2022, Amy worked at John Jay College (CUNY) as Program Director for CUNY Career Launch (Government Hub) and as Director and Manager of Intake and Support Services at the Institute for Justice and Opportunity. Amy's early experience includes serving as a Social Work Intern at Undoing Racism Internship Project and John Jay College, as well as a Senior Program Associate at Esperanza NY, Inc. and a Research Intern at PRIDE Health Research Consortium. Amy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Hunter College.
