We serve clients all over Brazil. Dor’s Agency was founded to solve a real problem: small and medium-sized Brazilian businesses often deal with repetitive tasks, rely on manual processes, and struggle with poor integration between their systems — all without having an internal IT team.

In practice, we operate as a fractional CTO: the technical arm for companies that want to grow with agility, efficiency, and cutting-edge technology, without the burden of maintaining a costly and permanent tech structure.

Our founder, Rodrigo Proença, is a computer engineer graduated from the University of British Columbia — one of the top 30 universities in the world — and a former software engineer at Microsoft in the United States, where he worked on the Edge browser. Alongside that, he created Dor’s Coding School, which has trained over 21,000 students in programming, automation, and artificial intelligence.
