Welcome to Dorset Hypnotherapy Practice (formerly Helen’s Hypnotherapy). If you’re feeling ‘stuck’ in some way, clinical hypnotherapy might just be what you’re looking for.

Anxiety has a lot to answer for! It’s the root of so many issues. Whether you’re facing challenges like stress, excessive worrying, phobias, habits you’d like to change, or simply want to rediscover your inner strength, hypnotherapy can offer a path to help you overcome some of these challenges and unlock your potential.

I'm Helen Wilks, the welcoming face of Dorset Hypnotherapy Practice and a qualified Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. Through science-backed techniques, I’m here to guide you in exploring what’s happening in your mind, how it shapes the way you feel, and how it’s possible to turn that around. With hypnotherapy, I can support you in overcoming challenges and working toward positive, lasting changes that align with your goals.

I see adults and children (age 8+) at my private therapy practice in Ferndown, Dorset, and online via video call (Zoom). I also host group workshops and corporate wellness sessions.
