Trademarks are a company's "ambassadors" with respect to the consuming public.  Protection of this important type of intellectual property is vital to brand owners.

Our attorneys have the technical backgrounds and extensive legal experience to understand our clients' intellectual property needs and provide effective solutions.  In addition to relevant industry experience, two of our partners are former patent examiners with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, complementing our legal expertise with practical knowledge of the inner workings of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to the benefit of our clients.
