Rolla Couchman

Rolla Couchman is an experienced executive with a robust background in strategic leadership and product management within the education and healthcare sectors. As CEO of DosedDaily since May 2016, Rolla has driven the company's vision and operations. Previously, as Head of Strategy and Delivery at Kaplan Medical from November 2014 to May 2016, Rolla successfully executed a turnaround that doubled operating income and enhanced team engagement. Rolla also held the position of Executive Director at Kaplan Health, where new product launches transitioned customers to On Demand instruction, broadening the business's reach. Earlier in the career, Rolla worked at Elsevier Health Sciences, overseeing a significant General Medicine program and launching a new procedure skills platform. Rolla holds a BA Hons in English and Philosophy from the University of Bristol.
