Hans Mouws has extensive experience in project and team management within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. From 2004 to 2007, Hans worked at Stork as a Project Manager for the Pipe Shop, focusing on productivity, quality, and delivery time analysis. Following this role, Hans joined BASF in May 2008, progressing to positions such as Lead Piping and Team Lead Tools & Materials until May 2015, where responsibilities included coaching, managing 3D modeling environments, and material management. Hans also led the Mechanical Engineering group at Elster EnergyICT between January 2007 and April 2008 and has been an educator in Piping Design & Engineering at Dosign since September 2020. Currently, Hans serves as an Asset Manager at BASF starting in May 2023. Academically, Hans holds a Bachelor's degree in Machinebau from Hogeschool West Brabant and additional qualifications in Inspection & Testing and European Welding Engineering.
