Michiel Renes began working for Dosign Engineering in 2014 and currently serves as the Head of Department Process Industry. Since taking on this role, Michiel has focused on international recruiting and talent development within the process industry, overseeing both operational and commercial activities. Prior to this position, Michiel gained experience in various roles, including as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Insurance Consultant, and worked at Van der Valk Hotel Ridderkerk and Rock Sand Beach Resort. Michiel holds a bachelor's degree in Destination Management from NHTV Internationale Hogeschool Breda, earned between 2008 and 2011.
