Our law firm provides business/transactional legal services with a focus on Real Estate, Mortgage Lending and Securities. We do all the legal work to help brokers become direct lenders, investors become fund managers, and ongoing work once they are up and running. Our law firm is the largest fund creator in California. We are the architects of Mortgage Pools, REITs, Real Estate Funds, Distressed Real Estate Asset Funds and Opportunity Zone Funds. After we start a fund for our clients, they continue to utilize us for loan document drafting, licensing, compliance, securities filings, DRE/DFPI defense, consumer credit, etc.
