Adam Rona

Adam Rona has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Adam has worked at Dot Compliance since 2019, serving as the VP of Professional Services from March 2019 to July 2022, and as the VP of Product from March 2022 to the present.

Prior to joining Dot Compliance, Adam worked at Q Core Medical Ltd. from 2015 to 2018, holding various roles including Director of Customer Support from July 2017 to August 2018, Operations Manager from November 2016 to July 2017, Production Manager from August 2015 to November 2016, and PMO from January 2015 to August 2015. In their role as Production Manager, they were responsible for overseeing all production and final testing activities, managing a team of 40 employees, implementing and managing production schedules, and ensuring adherence to quality and GMP standards.

Before Q Core Medical Ltd., Adam was employed at Johnson & Johnson as a PMO from January 2014 to January 2015.

Adam's earliest work experience was at Sparta Systems, Inc., where they worked from 2004 to 2012. During this period, they held various roles including Manager of Professional Services from August 2009 to October 2012, Implementation Team Leader from an undisclosed start date to August 2009, and Project Manager from November 2004 to January 2007. In these roles, they were responsible for managing sales activities, leading project managers, managing system implementations, and assisting in validation activities.

From 2000 to 2004, Adam Rona attended Shenkar - Engineering. Design. Art., where they pursued a B.Tech degree in Industrial Engineering - Information Systems.
