André Leite

André Leite has extensive work experience in various roles involving data management, service operations, information technology, project management, and software development. André is currently the Head of Data Management at DOT Digital Group, where they drive data initiatives, enhances student engagement, and develops key data products. André leverages tools such as SQL, Python, Big Query, Looker, and Power BI for data analysis and visualization. André collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, implements agile methods, and delivers actionable insights through advanced reporting.

Prior to this, André has held positions such as Data Specialist and Head of Service Operations at DOT Digital Group, where they managed large teams, portfolios of contracts, and streamlined processes. André also has experience as the Head of Information Technology at the same company, where they managed IT teams and projects, focused on risk prevention, budget control, and process improvement.

Before joining DOT Digital Group, André worked as the Head of Software Developing and IT Services at TDS Media Technology and as the Head of Project Management and Process Controlling at Quanta Previdência. André was also a Business Owner at Easysoft Desenvolvimento de Soluções & Consultoria Processos Gerenciais and a Software Developer at SoftDesign Consultoria e Sistemas LTDA and OAB/RS.

André began their career as an Information Technology Intern at LL Aparelhos Auditivos.

Following that, they obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Finance, Investments, and Banking from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from 2019 to 2021. Currently, André is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Data Science and Analytics at MBA USP/Esalq since 2021.
