Mike Brough

Mike Brough is a seasoned leader and co-founder currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of DOT loves data since September 2014, where the focus is on connecting data science with storytelling. Additionally, Mike holds the position of Board Chair at Octave, another co-founded venture aimed at leveraging Technology, Data, and Design to enhance organizational potential. Prior roles include General Manager of Channel Transformation at New Zealand Post, overseeing digital channels and customer experience initiatives, and various leadership positions at Kiwibank, where responsibilities spanned digital strategy, marketing, and project management for key banking programs. Mike's career began at Accenture, working on large-scale application development and system integration projects. Mike earned a Bachelor of Technology (Hons) in Manufacturing & Industrial Technology from Massey University.
