Caroline Mason, PHR

Caroline Mason, PHR has seven years of professional human resources experience. Caroline began their career in 2007 as the Assistant to the Director of Operations at Aiken County Board of Disabilities. In 2010, they moved to Crane Merchandising Systems, where they held the roles of Human Resources Coordinator and Executive Assistant. In 2012, they joined BlueCross BlueShield of SC as a Senior Administrative Associate. In 2013, they became the HR Manager at UPAC of North Augusta. In 2015, they took on the role of HR Consulting Manager at Total Fitness Revolution. In 2018, they became Human Resources Operations Manager at Aiken Personnel Services (APS). Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Human Resources Manager at dotCMS.

Caroline Mason, PHR holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Accounting from Strayer University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Caroline also attended Augusta State University, although no degree was obtained. In July 2020, Caroline obtained the Professional in Human Resources\u00ae (PHR\u00ae) certification from HRCI.
