Ian Cooper

Ian Cooper has worked in a variety of roles and industries since 2013. Ian began their career as a Business Development Executive at Brafton Inc. In 2013, they were also a Market Research Consultant at H2SO4 Consulting and AppBlade. In 2014, they moved to BloomReach as a Senior Inside Sales Executive. In 2017, they became the North American Team Lead, Content Solutions Group at Acrolinx. In 2020, they took on the role of Head of Distribution at Shields of Hope Massachusetts, where they focused on finding centers most in need for face shields. Currently, they are a Customer Support and Project Manager at dotCMS.

Ian Cooper obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Skidmore College in 2013. Ian also obtained a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® from the Project Management Institute in April 2021.
