Fernando Pinheiro is a seasoned IT professional with over a decade of experience in software engineering and leadership. They are currently the Principal Engineer at DotCollective, having previously held roles such as Frontend Tech Lead at Convincely and Tech Lead at Arkade, where they focused on building middleware applications and serverless solutions. As the Lead Developer and Co-Founder of resultate, Fernando spearheaded the IT department, developed numerous projects, and played a key role in training junior developers. Their early career included an internship with NCD - Digital Citizenship Program and culminated in leadership positions throughout various companies, demonstrating a strong commitment to innovation and problem-solving in technology.
