Sophie Sing is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and operational management. Currently serving as Head of Client Services at DotCollective since September 2025, Sophie previously held the position of National General Manager at Overdose. from December 2017 to September 2025, where responsibilities included enhancing operational efficiency and maximizing revenue in the Australian arm of the business. Sophie's career also includes roles such as Managing Director for Melbourne, General Manager, and various client success positions, all contributing to strong client outcomes and revenue growth. Prior to Overdose., Sophie gained experience in digital marketing and project management at the Australian Physiotherapy Association and other organizations, complemented by a degree in Professional Communication from RMIT University.
