Katie Crow

Katie Crow, LISW-S, LCSW, is a dedicated clinical mental health therapist at MindWell Counseling, LLC since September 2022, and also serves as a school-based mental health therapist with DotCom Therapy since December 2020. Katie's experience in school-based mental health therapy includes a previous role with Red Oak Behavioral Health from August 2018 to December 2020. Prior to focusing on mental health, Katie worked as an assessment specialist at Community Health Center and as a benefits administrator at Mature Services. Additionally, Katie has held various human resources positions, including HR coordinator at Smithers-Oasis and HR generalist at Pepperl+Fuchs. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Social Work, both from The University of Akron.
