Dave Ballard

Dave Ballard is an experienced network technician currently employed at the Douglas Omaha Technology Commission (DOTComm) since February 2010, where responsibilities include physical plant, telecommunications, and cabling. Prior to this role, Dave served as a Technician at New Vision Communications from 1998 to 2009, managing installations and maintenance for various telecommunication systems, particularly Nortel and Avaya. Dave holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute-Omaha, completed between 1992 and 1993, and graduated from Millard South High School in 1987.
