Bart Blackburn is a two-time founder and PhD statistician with experience as a Co-Founder and Chief Data Scientist at Priceflow and as a Statistical Consultant at the World Health Organization, where they designed a Shiny app for COVID-19 data analysis. They completed a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Dartmouth College and a Doctor of Philosophy in Statistics from the University of California, Los Angeles. Currently, Bart serves as a Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer at Atalan, with plans to take on a Senior Data Scientist role at dotData in the near future.
