Tomasz Iwanek

Tomasz Iwanek has been working in the software development industry since 2011. Tomasz began their career at Gemius as a C++ Developer. In 2012, they joined Samsung Electronics as a Junior Software Engineer and Software Engineer, where they worked on the Tizen platform development and contributed to projects such as the web runtime, tizen web API, crosswalk, tizen application installer, and continuous integration support. In 2016, they were a Consultant/Python Developer at Dealavo. In 2018, they joined 9livesdata as a Consultant/Software Developer. Currently, they are a Consultant/Software Developer at dotData | Accelerate Data Science, where they are working on web backend development of an automated machine learning system using technologies such as scala, akka, play, sbt, docker, hadoop, spark, postgreSQL, rabbitMQ, groovy, jenkins, and protobuf.

Tomasz Iwanek completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Warsaw University of Technology between 2007 and 2011. Tomasz then went on to earn a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from the same university between 2011 and 2013. In May 2020, they obtained a Functional Programming in Scala Specialization from Coursera.
