[WHO WE ARE]
We don't just make marketing. We solve business problems.
Dotglue is a marketing and communications agency founded by veterans Steve Thibodeau and Steve McCall—a leadership team with 32 years of collaboration at legendary agencies. We deliver Marketing and Business Strategy, Customer Experience, Organization Design, and Customer Research across B2C and B2B.

[OUR DEPTH OF EXPERIENCE]
60+ years of combined experience. One simple promise: We get results.
We've tackled complex business, brand, and customer experience challenges across every category imaginable. Our client portfolio spans automotive (BMW), telecom (Verizon), retail (Target), CPG (Coca-Cola), fashion (Puma), fast food (Wendy's), financial services (AMEX), spirits (Diageo), toys (LEGO), and dozens more industry leaders.

[OUR FOUNDING STORY]
Great work. Great clients. Great people. Our formula since 2001.
Originally founded as part of Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners, Dotglue's leadership principles were simple: do work we love, for clients we admire, with a great team. This formula delivered award-winning work that drove real brand and business results. Our determination to continue with those principles brought us back together under the Dotglue name and propels us forward with excitement and conviction.

[HOW WE WORK DIFFERENTLY]
We roll up our sleeves. Direct involvement isn't optional—we get our hands dirty to ensure our clients get the best results.
We know your business as well as you do. We respect each client's unique challenges, nuances, cultures, and sensitivities.
We have a bias toward action. Goal-oriented, purpose-built approaches keep us nimble and efficient. We get paid to solve problems and deliver results, not just make stuff.
We adapt to you. Approaches tailored to your needs. Your agenda is our agenda—so we work the way you need us to work.
We connect the dots. We have deep experience navigating organizational complexity, building planks between your pillars.
