M.D. Eftekhar Uddin Chy

Md. Eftekhar Uddin Chy has a diverse work experience spanning over various companies. Md. Eftekhar Uddin started their career as a Sr. Technical Instructor at New Horizons CLC in 2006 and continued in this role until 2011. Following this, they joined Link3 Technologies Ltd. as a Sr. Support Engineer from 2010 to 2011.

In 2011, Md. Eftekhar Uddin Chy started working at Systems Solutions & Development Technologies (SSD-TECH), where they held multiple positions including Network Admin from 2011 to 2013, Head of Infrastructure from 2013 to 2014, and Sr. Portfolio Manager from 2015 to 2015. During their time at SSD-TECH, they successfully managed the operation and infrastructure for various clients such as Grameen Phone, Robi, Airtel, and CityCell.

From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Kona Software Lab Ltd. as AGM (IT, Infrastructure, and DevOps), where they focused on payment security consultancy and compliance with security standards.

In 2017, they returned to Systems Solutions & Development Technologies (SSD-TECH) as the Head of Technology, where they led the overall technology product development and technical operations. Md. Eftekhar Uddin also served as the Chief Technical Officer at SSD-TECH from 2017 to 2018, during which they secured SDP WAP Consent Gateway and deployed IVR Consent Gateway for Banglalink SDP Platform.

Currently, Md. Eftekhar Uddin Chy is the Chief Technical Officer at Dotlines since 2018. In this role, they have justified business requirements, developed Audra home and Audra Biz for home and SoHo customers, and redesigned Audra to significantly improve throughput. Md. Eftekhar Uddin has also successfully launched Audra Home and Biz in Malaysia.

Throughout their career, Md. Eftekhar Uddin Chy has demonstrated their expertise in technical leadership, infrastructure management, solution and network design, and project management.

Md. Eftekhar Uddin Chy completed their education in a chronological order. Md. Eftekhar Uddin obtained a Bachelor's degree from National University Bangladesh, majoring in Mathematics, Economics, and Islamic History from 2002 to 2004. In 2000 to 2001, they pursued an International Diploma in Computer Studies from the Neural Institute of Management and Information Technology Under NCC Education, UK, focusing on Computer Programming, System Development, and Practical full cycle project management. Later, they attended Southern University Bangladesh and obtained a Master of Science degree in CSIT with a specialization in Network and Communication from 2009 to 2013.

Furthermore, Md. Eftekhar Uddin Chy obtained several certifications from Cisco including Cisco Certified Network Associate in 2006, Cisco Certified Network Professional - Routing in 2007, Cisco Certified Network Professional - Switch in 2008, and Cisco Certified Design Professional in 2011.
