Rinky Shaha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and risk management, currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Service Operations at Dotlines since July 2018. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementing new processes, service monitoring, merchant profile management, and customer management, all while ensuring effective collaboration with partners and merchants. Prior to this, Rinky held various roles at ACI Limited from November 2014 to June 2018, including Executive in Risk Management & Internal Audit, where duties involved conducting audits, verifying financial accuracy, and preparing training materials. Rinky holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Production Engineering from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, completed in 2014.
