Bryan Balcer, MBA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as the Director of FP&A at Dotmatics, a Siemens Brand, Bryan leads a team and supports multiple brands within the Life Sciences industry. Previously, Bryan held the position of Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Dotmatics and served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Chromalloy, where financial support for new product development was a key focus. Earlier roles include Specialist in Financial Planning and Analysis at Otis Elevator Co. and participation in the Financial Leadership Program at United Technologies. Bryan's career began as a Financial Analyst intern at Pratt & Whitney. Bryan holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Florida and a BBA in Finance from Stetson University.
