Mark Jones

Mark Jones has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Mark is currently the Director of Product Design at Dotmatics, where they are involved in developing scientific R&D software. Prior to this role, Mark worked as an Ambassador for Climate Fresk and as a Partner at The C Collective. Mark also co-founded Photon Financial Services and served as the Global Head of User Experience at Induction Healthcare Group PLC. Mark has earlier held positions such as Head of The Experience Studio at BT, Lead UX Architect at Osmosoft, and Senior Designer at BT. Mark also has experience in coaching as an Academy Coach at Eastleigh Football Club Limited and Sale United Football Club.

Mark Jones attended The University of Manchester from 2004 to 2011, where they pursued a Double Master's degree in Computer Science.
