Szymon Kulec

Szymon Kulec is an accomplished software engineer and technology leader with extensive experience in the IT industry. As a co-founder and board member at Dotnetos since March 2018, Szymon focuses on long-term company vision, budgeting, financial planning, and optimizing product delivery processes. In a prior role as a staff engineer at Nethermind from March 2021 to June 2025, Szymon led the R&D process for the Paprika blockchain storage engine and implemented process improvements for component observability. Additional positions include leadership roles at Voyager, software engineering at Hazelcast, and contributions to NServiceBus at Particular Software. Earlier career experience includes consulting and system design for major banks at Accenture and other firms, with a strong educational background in computer science from Warsaw University of Technology.
