Ashton Simmons

Ashton Simmons is currently the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Dots. With extensive experience in regulatory and compliance roles, Ashton previously served as Counsel at Brex and Regulatory Counsel at Adyen. They have also worked as a Staff Attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and held various positions at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and FINRA. Ashton earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.), cum laude, from American University, Washington College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from DePauw University.
