John Mizia has a long and varied career in quality and operations management. John began their career in 1981 as Director of Technology at Berkshire Corporation, an international manufacturer of cleanroom consumable products. During their 15 year tenure, revenue increased over 800%, the company expanded internationally, and secured its position as market leader. In 1997, they took the role of General Manager at Hi-Tech Mold and Tool, a rapidly growing plastic injection molding and toolmaking company. In 1999, they became Operating Officer at M3 Systems Group, a start-up computer systems integration company. In 2005, they joined Kaz, Inc. as VP Global Product Quality and Director of Operations. In 2014 they moved to Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. as Sr. Director, New Product Development Quality. In 2016, they took the role of Vice President Quality at SharkNinja. John currently serves as Corporate Quality Leader at DOTS Technology Corp.
John Mizia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
