Dott is the first Event Portfolio Intelligence system — one system to plan, forecast, prove, and score event investment across your entire portfolio.

Events are one of the largest line items in modern companies. But most teams still run them through disconnected spreadsheets, Slack threads, and recap decks that don't prove impact. The result: millions spent, no system of record, and stakeholders asking "was it worth it?" with no good answer.

Dott changes that.

With Dott, teams move through four phases for every event:

⇒ Plan — Set intent, align budgets, and define what success looks like before the event happens.
⇒ Forecast — Model expected outcomes, track logistics, and set performance targets.
⇒ Prove — Capture evidence, run retros, and build proof packs stakeholders can trust.
⇒ Score — Grade every event with the Dott Score and compare performance across your portfolio. One score. Quantitative performance and qualitative signal in a single number the whole team understands.

Built by an operator with 20+ years running events, for operators. Dott connects the tools you already use and turns scattered event data into portfolio-level intelligence.
